Created Issue: Invalid meta data generation with container names starting with uppercase letter [14794]

The Ogdi.DataServices.MetaDataHttpHandler class generates invalid meta data for data containers that have a name starting with an uppercase letter.
For the data container name 'Data' a schema namespace name 'OGDI.data' will be generated. But the entities will have a namespace 'OGDI.Data'.

Source of the problem is 'context.Response.Write(string.Format(START_DATASERVICES_TEMPLATE, this.OgdiAlias.ToLower()));' at line 100 in MetaDataHttpHandler.cs.
Why is the toLower() call necessary?

2. Sort by name
3. Look at "Registered Properties" data feed. It shows 0 views.
4. Go to its details http://ogdisdk.cloudapp.net/DataBrowser/dc/RegisteredProperties#param=NOFILTER--DataView--Results
5. Number of views on detailed page is more than 0

1) Get "http://ogdi.cloudapp.net/v1/dc/GasStations" and all category elements contain correct term information:

2) Get "http://ogdi.cloudapp.net/v1/dc/GasStations?$top=2" and all category elements show incorrect term information:
